The perfect addition to your outdoor entertainment area, the Calabrese Neo has the capacity to cook 5 x 300mm pizzas at a time. With a stylish modern front, the Neo only 30 minutes to heat up (from 0 to 400 Degrees C). The Calabrese Neo comes as a DIY kit comes with detailed instructions.
This Pizza Oven Kit Includes:
- 50mm Calcium silicate hard underfloor insulation
- Integrated Smoke Gather
- 50mm precut cooking floor tiles
- 100mm Precast refractory Dome
- Insulation Blanket 50mm (Ceramic fibre blanket)
- Front flue arch firebricks precut
- CNC precut front arch template
- Mortar tub
- Black steel door with temp probe
- 900 x 150mm Stainless steel flue with rain hat
