Product Features
The Calabrese range of DIY pizza ovens offer a stylish design, efficiency and functionality. The Grande is the largest oven in the range, and has the capacity to cook 8 x 300mm pizzas at a time. The heating time for this pizza oven is 40 minutes to get from 0 to 400 Degrees C. The Calabrese Grande Precast DIY refractory woodfired pizza oven kit comes with detailed instructions.
This Pizza Oven Kit includes:
- 50mm Calcium silicate hard Underfloor insulation
- 50mm precut cooking floor tiles
- Precasted refractory Dome ( 1 piece or 3 pieces )
- Insulation Blanket 50mm (Ceramic fibre blanket)
- Front flue arch firebricks (precut)
- CNC precut front arch template
- Mortar Tub
- Black steel door with temperature probe
- 900 x 200mm Stainless steel flue with anti downdraft rain hat
