The Calabrese Entertainer pizza oven kit is available with a precast refractory dome - or you also have the option to cast your own chamber over a sand mold to create a one piece chamber.
This pizza oven has the capacity to cook 5 x 300mm pizzas at a time and is perfect for those who love to entertain outdoors. It takes only 45 minutes to an hour to heat up (from 0 to 400 Degrees C). The Calabrese Courtyard DIY woodfired pizza oven kit comes with detailed instructions.
